TAG STATUS
• Using the dashboard pie chart fire doors that have failed can be filtered by a number of criteria, one of the most useful is by the ‘last checked’ filtering so the oldest apear at the top of the list. This allows the reponsible person to action the fire doors most in need of inspection or remedial maintenance and then re-inspection until a fire door becomes compliant. This ensures the fire doors that have been outsatnding the longest are attended to as a priority.
• The dashboard filter system and tag status can be used to generate lists of upcoming inspections, installations, remedial work allowing the responsible person and their team to be quick, efficient and effective reducing the turn around time and improving fire door safety for the buildings occupants.

MANUFACTURING DATA
• As the life cycle of a fire door starts at the manufacturing process we work closely with manufacturers to ensure testing and accreditation is included in our product.
• Our data pin can be installed at the manufacturing stage allowing manufacturing information to be uploaded to the desktop dashboard to be accessed and updated at any time.
INSTALLATION DATA
• Installer will download and sign in to CCS app.
• Scan the data pin and allocate installation address.
• The installer can then follow the detailed question list completing the process with an installation report and sign off that is digitally recorded and managed by the dashboard.
