CCS – Frequently Asked Questions
CCS is a UK-built fire door compliance platform that creates a complete digital record for every fire door in your portfolio. Using RFID tags, photo evidence and automated data capture, it supports full lifecycle traceability from installation to inspection and ongoing maintenance.
Yes. CCS aligns with the Building Safety Act, Regulation 10 (R10) fire door inspection requirements, PAS 8673 and BS 8644-1:2022, helping organisations maintain accurate, audit-ready fire-door records.
Every installation, inspection, and maintenance action is captured in a secure digital fire door record linked to the RFID tag. We also integrate full manufacturer data - drawings, specifications, OEM information - to create a trusted Golden Thread that validates the door’s compliance throughout its entire lifecycle.
CCS pricing is based on your specific requirements, including the number of fire door data tags you need, the number of buildings in your portfolio and how many installers or inspectors will use the system. We provide tailored quotes so you only pay for the features and capacity your organisation needs.
