A simple, easy to use pin, app & online dashboard that connects a team in documenting the lifecycle of a fire door. Digital fire door data is stored on secure online severs meeting the recommendations of Dame Judith Hackitt's 'Golden Thread of Information'.

More robust and durable than a label and with no moving parts, pins are installed into the hinged side of the door blade and record the entire life cycle of the fire door.

Pins are installed into the hinged side of the door blade, just above the central ironmongery. This can be done either at point of manufacture, or very easily retrofitted into existing stock.

Pins can be scanned for inspection using any compatible smartphone, without the need for additional hardware.
​
The Fire Door has to be opened for the pin to be scanned, meaning false reports cannot be submitted. Unlike a label, our fire data pins cannot be peeled off & will still work if painted over.

Pins are scanned to activate the inspection process and ensure all reports are allocated to the correct address.

“No Cheating” – Pins cannot be scanned through the Fire Door meaning access has to be gained to activate the inspection.
​
If access to the property cannot be gained this can be documented with the “no access” button, 3 failed attempts will auto report via email.

Real time data capture means the dashboard is always up-to-date and the responsible person can always see a clear overview of passed and failed Fire Doors, as well as doors that haven’t been activated yet.

Once the report has been sent from the app, it will become instantly available on the dashboard.

The pie chart displays this in a very simple and visual way, but once you click through you can see a lot more detail and narrow the results down by building or floor.

Street level mapping also allows a visual representation of your fire door stock.
